Data deletion

How to disconnect integrations and request deletion of Clopal account, workspace, meeting, and Google connection data.

Effective and last updated August 23, 2026

Disconnect Google Workspace

Open Account settings in Clopal and select Disconnect under Google Workspace. You can also revoke Clopal from the third-party connections page in your Google Account. This stops future Google API access. Emails and events already created in Google remain in your Google account.

Request deletion

Submit a request through the Clopal contact form using the email address associated with your account. State whether you want to delete your Google connection, your individual account data, or an entire workspace. We may verify your identity and authority before acting.

If your account belongs to an employer or another customer workspace, contact its workspace administrator first. That organization generally controls the workspace's meeting and sales data, and Clopal may route your request to it.

What deletion covers

An authorized purge can remove the account's integration connection and encrypted tokens, calendar decisions, meeting invitation records, calls, transcripts, recordings stored by Clopal, analyses, and associated application records. The exact scope depends on whether the request concerns one user or an organization-controlled workspace.

Exceptions and completion

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or law. Deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backups and provider systems until their normal expiry. We will confirm the result of a verified request through the contact channel provided.
