How does Clopal connect to sales meeting tools?
Clopal supports meeting links from Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. A separately connected Google Workspace profile can show scheduled meetings, prepare approved calls, send reviewed Gmail messages, and create reviewed Google Calendar events.
Choose an upcoming meeting from Google Calendar
The calendar workspace shows upcoming and recent meetings from the connected user’s primary calendar. The user reviews the current time and meeting link before approving preparation and scheduling the visible assistant.
Invite the assistant from any calendar
Each user receives a private Clopal invitation address. Add it as a guest to an authorized Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams event, then review the extracted meeting details in Clopal and choose Schedule bot or Skip.
Send email and calendar actions only after approval
Google Workspace connects separately from sign-in. Clopal uses it only when an authorized user approves a Gmail message or Google Calendar event.

Native Salesforce and HubSpot integrations are not currently claimed. Clopal supports its internal client records and reviewed Google Workspace actions.
Is Google Workspace required?
No. It is required only for the connected Calendar schedule and reviewed Gmail or Google Calendar actions.
Can I invite the Clopal assistant by email?
Yes. Add your private Clopal invitation address as a guest to an authorized event. Clopal extracts the calendar details, then waits for you to schedule or skip the assistant.
